Sume kek di atas ni dah biasa tgk kan..kecuali snow cheesecake je first time buat hehe
Mesti ada yg konpius klu tgk dalam kek ni..sbb sebenarnye ia bukanlah sejenis cheesecake..
ia adalah sejenis sponge cake yang layered and covered with cream cheese and sprinkle with cheddar cheese..ok practically mmg mcm ciskek la ek..haha..
Kek ni mmg sedap.. kek span yg lembut dan gebu..krim cis yg masam, ada cmpur susu pekat manis yg manis..so semua rasa bleh rasa dalam mulut...

Coklat Oreo

ohhhh kamu sungguh comellll yang bertudung itu..hehe


Assalam..

Semalam mencuba benda baru..semata2 sbb sangat teruja dengan entry Azlita di Masam Manis..
coklat oreo ni  mudah jer membuatnya..tapi mungkin sbb modal bhn nya yg menyebabkan ada org jual smpai rm2.50-rm3.00 sebijik..edible image tu bley thn jugak harganya..hehe

anyway, kepada sesiapa yang nak mencuba boleh jenguk cara step by step yang Azlita share kat blog dia.. Terima kasih banyak2 Ita sbb sudi share dengan kawan2.. semoga makin murah rezeki yer..


Ita dah buat dengan acuan lolipop..nnti pon nak cuba tu jugak hehehe

Aktiviti Sepanjang Aidil Adha..

Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Adha semua..

da terlambat ke ek? hehehe ampon kan la..tuan umah sebok la sangat kannnn..asik main di dapur.. testing mcm2 resepi... dengan kek tak menjadik nyer..hehe jangan ingat klu dah slalu buat kek mmg konfirm menjadik..ada la sebab2 dan salah silap nya tu..derhaka lebih kot..hahaha

masa cuti bersambung 3 hari tu, seronok mem baking mcm2..sehari seblom tu baking gak ada org order red velvet cupcakes dan kebetulan anak jiran nak sambut birthday time raya haji so hadiahkan skali cupcakes angry bird utk dia..hehe

Masa cuti tu jugak telah menerai 2,3 resepi cheesecake, baked, no bake, cotton.. cotton cheesecake mmg dari dlu ada satu resepi yg mmg sy suka dan kena kat tekak.. not too cheesy, but still have the identity of cheesecake..hehe


No bake cheesecake..Lemon cheesecake if I may say..

This is my first no-bake cheesecake. I dont have any springform or loyang yang bleh bukak dari bawah tu..loose pan ke nama nyer? hehe .. so I made this dengan loyang biasa yang dibalut seluruhnya dengan baking paper..so senang nak angkat dari loyang tu..tapi bentuk nya tak brapa cantik la kan..

Resepi yang aku guna ni asalnya dari sini : Toffee Caramel Cheesecake

tapi aku tak buat la toffee and caramel tu..just buat kek saje..and tambah lemon juice sesudu besar..mmg feel abis rasa lemon n cheese tu..hehe klu x ske masam tayah letak lemon ni ..

bila buat no-bake ni perkara paling penting adalah Gelatin. klu takde, x menjadik. aku dah terai guna serbuk agar2, jadi la kek cheese agar2..hahaha x rasa mcm ciskek pon..rasa mcm agar2 terus masuk tong sampah..huhu pembazirannnnnn

dan peringatan untuk diri sendiri, lain kali jangan MALAS. gelatin tu kene double boil! yg aku ni pemalas nak mampos, rendam dlm air suam haha konon2 leh cairkan gelatin tu..mmg la cair..tapi dia melekat2 kat tepi bekas so gelatin jadi tak ckup, ciskek jadi tak brapa firm. PADAN MUKA..haha

Ni resepi asalnya : Raspberry Marble Cheesecake ( aku tukar raspberry marble tu dengan coklat masakan yg dicairkan dengan whipped cream)

Skali tgk mcm sel2 otak yang berhubung kan..? ahahahaha sangattttttt

My opinion : It was my mistake. I add the melted chocolate which is soooo sweet, and it cuts the supposedly sour taste of cheese. Kalau ciskek rasa manis, apa makna nya ciskek kan? Dan mgkin sbb aku tertambah banyak coklat tu, kek tu jadik tak ckup keras..even 2 hari dlm peti..masih x ckup keras untuk di potong.
Walaubagaimanapun, telah selamat di telan oleh sahabat handai yang sudi makan di opis..hehe

Resepi Supermoist Chocolate Cake

Kek coklat ni mmg sangat sangat moist..walapon letak dlm peti sejuk, keluarkan kejap, ngap, masih lembuttt..

Selain drpd sebok membaking..sebok jugak berebut2 ngan org lain kat kdai bakeri sebelum raya tu..hahaha
org lain tu bisnes besar2an takpe la kan... yg ko tu sajer je buat semak hehe..
So dalam xda sangat nak beli, beli jugak nozzle baru hahaha.. beli nozzle no 104 untuk buat buttercream rose..balik je umah terus gatai nak prektis..kah2..

Kek Karamel Pelangi


Kek Karamel Pelangi 

This is something sweet n beautiful at the same time.. hehe
The caramel = sweet 
The chiffon cake = plain but beautiful 
Both = melt in your mouth, feed your craving..

First tgk resepi ni takut betul nak cuba..sbb mcm detail n panjang sangat 
tapi sebenarnya, bila buat step by step, insyaAllah menjadik 
cuma perlu kesabaran ..jangan nak cepat ajer
penah jadi aku terbalik kan awal sangat, tengah2 karamel tu melekat kat loyang..nanges laaa
seb baik utk makan2 sendiri jer..klu org tempah tak ke meratap nak buat balik lagi skali bukan senang ..

No Fail Banana Chocolate Chip Muffin

 No Fail Banana Muffin

 Bahan2 :
* 1 1/4 cawan tepung gandum
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp soda bikarbonat
* secubit garam
* 1/3 gula (sebab pisang dah masak ranum)
* 1/2 cawan minyak masak
* 1 biji telur
* 1 cawan pisang masak ranum yang dilenyek halus
* 1 tsp perisa pisang
Bahan lain: *Coklat Chips atau chocolate rice

Cara2 :
1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 190c
2. Masukkan kesemua bahan2 kecuali tepung gandum,soda bikarbonat dan baking powder ke dalam blender. Kisar halus
3. Tuang ke dalam bekas dan ayakkan bahan2 tepung tadi. Kacau sebati
4. Senduk adunan ke dalam papercup,tabur coklat chips dan bakar selama 20 - 25 minit pada suhu 170c atau sehingga keperangan di atasnya. Selamat mencuba!

Cream puff with custard sos


Today, I made a cream puff.
I never taste this thing..haha pelik kan. slalu nampak di hotel, tapi tak penah nak try..
sebabnya slalu nampak krim tu mcm pekat n lembik..i wonder how it taste like..

Recently, a friend of mine asked if I know how to do this. I said no, i dont know how to do any pastry. because I thought it was a pastry, like karipap and tart. ( ye, aku mmg x pandai buat karipap LOL)

So I google up ( Google save my life as usual )
Tengok resepi macam senangggg je ni hahaha sbb tayah pkai mixer bagai..
however, there was sooo many type of custard sos recipe..I dont know which one to follow
so I just tried out the same recipe from Cik Epal..thanx for the recipe ya !

Resepi Cream Puff with Custard Sos

dah letak krim..tak nampak sangat ekkk..

Cream puff ni adalah addictive.. dah makan satu..nak makan lagik..hahaha
so klu diet tu, jangan la cuba2 makan benda ni..erkkk aku dah makan 2 ketol..!
untuk mengelakkan aku mengabiskan kesemua nya.. untuk separuh resepi ni dpt dalam 16 ketul camtu..
so aku bagi jiran tetangga..haha

In my humble opinion, resepi custard sos yg aku guna tu agak pekat.. it looks and taste like tat telur
so, I add up some more milk smpai nmpk cair skit, and 2 tablespoon of susu pekat manis because the added sugar was not so sweet. This is supposed to be sweet rite? ehehe

If u are a fan of cream puff, make it yourself. It is super duper easy, Seriously.

Salam hari sabtu semua..

I am seriously not so fan of a cake.. 
(that's y this blog titled bakemecupcake..hehe)
So when someone requested for a red velvet cake, I just cant say no..
and its her birthday..
so pardon me, I seriously dont know how to decorate a cake..
I googled, I youtubed..
I am still bad at it..LOL.
I tried my best, still the outcome is not the best.
I will get better, I believe :P

Carrot Cupcake

There is 2 type of carrot cc recipe, carrot yang di blend dan di parut.

I've tried the blended carrot cc, but I put the carrot last so x jadi hancur sangat

This is blended carrot cupcake with cream cheese frosting. Anything with cream cheese frosting will taste good.. Agree ? hehe
I blend together a handful of almonds (because that's the only nut I have in house) so it give the creamier taste to the carrot cc. However, this recipe for me was a bit sweet, so next time will reduce the sugar a bit ;)

Perfect Vanilla Cupcakes

I came acrossed to this one recipe in Glorious treats blog.. the blog makes u want to try everything, every single recipes..
I love baking simple cupcake..like chocolate cupcake and vanilla cupcake. but Vanilla cupcake was not easy at first, the taste doesnt goes well in your mouth. Then I terjumpa this resipi, the so called Perfect Vanilla Cupcakes

I've try the recipe and it turns out veryyyy well! the texture was soft, the taste was not too sweet, it's just perfect! (for me of course ;) )

I made the Vanilla CC with 2 type of frosting.. Cream cheese and Buttercream. Both taste good but I would prefer the cream cheese frosting because I love cheese! haha.

You can choose your own frosting. This is just rm 1.50 per piece and min order is 12 pcs ;)

I love this cupcake..its not too sweet, but it creamy..hehe
It was just a simple Chiffon cupcake, BUT with the cream inside, wow, soo heaven!
It feels like eating a vanilla ice cream with a cake..who can resist that?

Pavlova

This is a new thing for me.. I dont really like Pavlova because of the too-much-sweetness..
I can't really stand the sweetness of the mix of white eggs n castor sugar..
Pavlova is actually a baked white eggs, so to speak. haha BUT, they add it with sugars (lot of em) , topped it with whipping cream, and add fruits on top of it. and it becoming this :

I have FAIL several times making this. Tested few recipes, even the ingredients is just the same, BUT the outcome was never the same. The temperature play the important roles, and the SUGAR, never reduce the sugar - note to self. hehe. Konon2 nak kurangkan manis kan, so kurangkan gula almost half of it, and it turns out flat. the pavlova jadik flat n melekit. FAIL. hehe

So the above picture comes from 2 different recipes.
But I think I'm gonna stick with Anna Olson's Pavlova recipe. It simple, not too much drama and it turns out well ( 1st and 2nd picture ), except the too-crunchy and easily broke edges. but I think that is my fault. i bake it for 40mins and left in the oven for 20mins, padahal it was half from the recipe. so next time will reduce the time and we'll see how it goes.

I make 9 inch of double layer pavlova for rm50, and 1 layer 9 inch for rm35 However, the fruits I use is only grapes, kiwi and red apple. if you wish to have strawberries, that will be counted differently. Thanx ;)

tapi lepas tgk resepi mcm senang jer..cuba je la..hahaha
it turns out well..Alhamdulillah..
cumanya, masa memula buat tu it more like moist choc cake, in red color..hehe
red velvet ni match nya adalah cream cheese frosting..tak penah lagi makan ngan frosting lain..
if i can describe the taste..
the cake, moist, plain, a bit of choco taste, and a blunt taste
the cream , sour cheese taste,sweet from the icing sugar n creamy from the butter or whipped cream..
eating them both, its a pleasure of the taste bud! hehe

Anyway, I'm having this blog so I can keep all the recipes that i have tested and tasted ;)
andddd... so everybody else who share the passion can share the love too..
andddd... for those who dont want or dont like to bake, but lovveeee to eat, u know what to do. haha

My passion is more to cupcakes and cakes, modern cakes. I dont do traditional cake(I dont know how) and  dont ask me about any other recipes, I dont cook. hahaha
